Roaring Beach House
South-East Coast, Lutruwita / Tasmania
A Wild Coastal Retreat for Rest and Recalibration
Perched above a secluded bay, Roaring Beach House invites you to slow down and let the ocean set the tempo. Built from local stone and timber, its minimalist design frames sweeping views of the Tasman Sea — a front-row seat to Tasmania’s wild beauty. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms flow effortlessly into open living spaces where light, texture, and horizon are constant companions. A wood-fired sauna glows at dusk, the outdoor bath catches the last light, and fireplaces promise warmth long after the surf quiets. Nearby, dramatic trails, distilleries, and cliff-top lookouts beckon, yet most guests stay anchored here — lulled by waves, oysters, and sky. Created by Jo and Emma as a place to reset, Roaring Beach House delivers perspective with its calm: proof that true luxury lies in elemental simplicity.
