A Design-Led Pavilion Above the Tasman Sea

Set high above Spring Beach, The Pavilion is a playful, design-led coastal hideaway overlooking Tasmania’s east coast. This standalone pavilion sits on five acres beside a full-size tennis court, bringing together Palm Springs-inspired colour, vintage tennis club nostalgia and restorative bushland calm. Inside, bold interiors balance pale pink lockers, rich greens, navy tones, brass accents and soft textures. Days might begin with coffee on the deck as wallabies move through the bush, before a hit of tennis, a wood-fired pizza lunch or a slow sauna ritual in the traditional Finnish steam sauna. Spring Beach is just a short walk away, with Maria Island, Spring Bay Distillery and Freycinet National Park within easy reach. But between the sea views, sauna, tennis court, firepit and quiet bush setting, The Pavilion makes staying put feel like the main event.
